Dance Abilities is an adaptive style program for kids and adults with special needs. DA focuses on building gross motor skills, endurance/strength, providing a social outlet and building community, enabling expression beyond words through movement, all while learning how to dance! In DA, you’ll have several opportunities to perform and work towards the end of year recital in May. DA is taught by recreational therapist and dancer, Claire Graham, MS, CTRS and is assisted by Integrity helpers who are trained to work with Dance Abilities students to help support dancers and facilitate the structure of the class. Come join the fun!

DA Dancing Duos:
This class, for 2 - 5 year olds, allows an adult to dance alongside their dancer with special needs. Both are introduced to rhythm, movement, and dance through use of their imagination & games.  This class helps build bonding, coordination, flexibility, musicality, discipline, and social skills. But most of all it is FUN!

DA Beginner Jazz:
This high energy style, for 6-10 year old dancer with special needs, combines African & European dance movements with a strong emphasis on technique. Dancers learn to isolate body parts and rhythmically move to music. This style is seen on Broadway, music videos & stage shows.
