Policies

• Use “Click Here to Register” on website
• Create Account - you will enter financial information but nothing will be charged & review our policies
• Choose the desired class and mark “Free Trial” or write in comments “Free Trial” and complete registration- nothing will be charged
• Wait for you confirmation email with adjusted fee to $0 confirmed 
• Come to studio on Trial date and pick up Trial Slip from Front Desk

If weather should cause travel to be impaired we will cancel classes. If this is needed we will email the studio, post it on our Facebook page and on Instagram. This will be announced with as much notice as possible. If you feel unsafe please use your best judgment. If canceled -classes may be made-up in other classes but no special make-ups will be scheduled since it was weather related which is beyond our control.

Videos/Photos - Not all families have given permission for their dancer to be in photos and we want to respect this request. AT NO TIME should parents be taking pictures or videos of their dancer while they are in class. On rare occasions the teacher may give permission for this and only at this time will videos and photos be allowed. 

Parent Observation - Our studio has large windows for viewing your children and their progress.  Parents are welcome to watch their children at any time however be advised that dancers excel when they are allowed to be totally focused on the Teacher and class lessons.  Distractions at the windows and in the hallways can impair the class learning.  We are happy to be responsible for your dancer the entire time they are in class.
